Tom began working in the field of Special Education over 40 years ago. In 1970 he received a B.A. in English from Whittier College. In 1976 he received a Masters in Education, Special Education, from California State Los Angeles.
He is certified by the Association of Regional Center Agencies (ARCA) as a trainer in AIDS education and prevention. He is also certified to work with dually diagnosed individuals by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health.

Nancy Parelskin

Nancy has over 30 years experience in the field of education and health care. In 1967 she received her B.S. from California State Los Angeles. She has worked in early childhood education in the South Pasadena, California school system, and she has worked as an administrator for several hospitals and medical centers including Huntington Memorial Hospital.

Stella has over 20 years of experience in management and has been an active volunteer for over 30 years with agencies such as Angels Flight, Junior All American Football, Whittier High School Booster, Mac Laren Hall and Adult Gather United in Autism. She is certified in assisting individuals with Diabetes through Kaiser Permanente.

Dana Andrews
Senior Field Supervisor
Dana Andrews has over 23 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and the dually diagnosed population. In 1993 he received his Certification as Specialist in Alcohol/Drug Conseling from Glendale Community College. In 1996 he received his Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College. In 2010 he received his Certification as a Qualified Mental Health Retardation Professional (QMRP) from the Department of Health and Human Services. He has certifications in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training and in Domestic Violence Overview and Update. He is well versed in working with forensics and court issues, including diversion, probation and parole.

Mike graduated from the School of Human Behavior in 1996 and has over 40 years in management and supervision. He is a leader in the field of Consumer Self-Advocacy through his outreach, training and support of consumers.

Regina Romo
Field Supervisor

Regina Romo has over 16 years experience working with individuals with Autism, Tourette Syndrome and other disabilities. In 1993 she received her A.S. Degree in Administration of Justice from Rio Hondo Community College and in 2005 she received a dual B.A. Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Cal State San Bernardino. In 2013 she received her M.A. in Criminal Justice from Cal State San Bernardino. She has worked in the California State Prison System and is currently attending law school.

Rosemary Robles

Rosemary Robles has over 10 years experience with individuals with a diagnosis of a developmental disability and/or mental health needs. In 2000 she received her Degree in Business Administration from Watterson College. She is well versed in forensics and court issues, including diversion, probation and parole.
She is certified in Crisis Intervention and has extensive experience in community based sports, such as Junior All American Football, Pony Baseball and American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO).
